Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - Your home will be listed on the MLS - The Stark Company is a member of the South Central, Rock-Green, and Sauk-Columbia boards of Realtors. State of the art systems allow us to share data about your listing with over 1,500 Realtors throughout Dane, Sauk, Columbia, Jefferson, Iowa, Rock and Green counties. We will share our commission with MLS members who may have a buyer for your home.

"Stark Net" Wide Area Network - Information on your home will be available twenty-four hours a day to all Stark agents. All Stark offices are connected by the "Stark Net" computerized information system. This means all Stark Company offices have up to the minute information on the status of your home. RELO Relocation Services - A large number of relocating Buyers will know about your home. Tax Considerations >Not at ARMs Length

A sale of a house is just a sale, right? Not necessarily. If you are selling your house to your children or transferring title outside the open market, then the transaction may be characterized as "not at arm's length".
